Pump selection starts with the application
A pump quote is useful only when it fits the operating conditions. Flow, head, fluid, solids content, materials, motor requirements, power supply, installation environment and connection details can all affect suitability. We coordinate those inputs with manufacturers or authorized channels before presenting a commercial response.
Applications we can evaluate
Typical opportunities include water transfer, wastewater handling, dewatering, utility maintenance, industrial fluid movement, replacement pumps and OEM or equivalent spare parts. Availability depends on manufacturer relationships and the specific technical requirement.
OEM parts and approved equals
Some solicitations require a named OEM part; others allow an approved equal. We treat those as different procurement paths. For OEM-only requirements, the priority is locating a legitimate channel and confirming traceability. For approved-equal requests, the priority is building a clear compliance comparison for buyer review.
Commercial execution
Konrad Supply can coordinate quotation, manufacturer literature, lead times, freight, direct shipment and order administration. For field installation, commissioning or repair work, we evaluate whether a qualified service partner is needed and whether the solicitation allows subcontracted support.
What to send us
Part numbers, pump curves, photos of nameplates, existing equipment data, duty point, fluid characteristics and the solicitation are all useful. The more precise the operating information, the faster we can determine whether a viable source exists.
