What Konrad Supply does
We develop both public-sector and private industrial opportunities in Texas. Our work includes target-account development, bid and RFQ monitoring, local quotations, procurement registrations, commercial documentation, order coordination, delivery visibility and account follow-through.
Government and industrial channels
A strong product line should not depend on a single buying channel. We pursue applicable municipal, utility and state opportunities while also developing private industrial users in manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, energy, infrastructure and MRO markets.
Texas market entry without building a full local team
For manufacturers entering Texas, Konrad can provide a local commercial presence before the economics justify a dedicated office, sales team or warehouse. We focus on customer development and contract execution while product engineering and warranty expertise remain connected to the factory.
What we need from a manufacturing partner
The strongest relationships combine competitive distributor pricing, U.S.-applicable documentation, dependable lead times, direct-shipment capability, technical and warranty support, practical payment terms as the relationship develops, and a fair method for protecting registered opportunities or named accounts.
Representation and distribution structures
We can begin opportunity by opportunity, by named account, by market segment or under a broader representation/distribution agreement when the relationship justifies it. Exclusivity is not required to start and would only apply under a mutually executed agreement.
What to send us
Send your catalog, target applications, U.S. certifications, existing U.S. channel coverage, distributor terms, lead times and the Texas customer segments you want to develop. We will identify where the line fits our government and industrial pipeline.
Common questions
Is Konrad Supply a sales agent?
Our preferred structure is distributor/reseller or formal manufacturer representation, depending on the product and account. Konrad owns the local commercial work under an agreed structure.
Do you only pursue government business?
No. We develop both government and private industrial accounts across Texas.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. Opportunity registration, named-account protection or a defined market segment can be enough to begin. Any exclusivity requires a separate executed agreement.
Can the manufacturer ship directly to the customer?
Yes, when commercially and contractually appropriate. Direct shipment can reduce handling and working-capital friction while Konrad remains the local commercial point of contact.
